Jamie Cunningham manages the front office, where she handles a multitude of administrative tasks, among other responsibilities for the Knoxville Civic Auditorium and Coliseum.
Praised as a person who arrives to work with a smile and positive attitude every day and takes the initiative to step in and handle tasks that fall outside her job description, Cunningham earned the Greater Knoxville Hospitality Association Pauly Award for Service/Supplier Employee of the Year in 2016.
The award-winning office manager has been with KCAC since 2010 and previously worked in various departments with the City of Knoxville. In 2016, she earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Tusculum College.
Cunningham grew up in Powell and currently resides in the Fountain City community of Knoxville. She is a lifetime member of the Girl Scouts of America.
