Ticketmaster FAQs

Why is the Knoxville Civic Auditorium and Coliseum making this change?
By switching to Ticketmaster, patrons will experience an easier and more convenient ticket buying experience.

Where do I go to purchase tickets now?
Tickets for both venues can still be purchased through the Knoxville Civic Coliseum box office as well as at www.knoxvillecoliseum.com.

For online sales, performances on sale prior to March 1 will still be sold via KnoxvilleTickets.com. Performances on sale after March 1 will be sold via ticketmaster.com. By going directly to our website (knoxvillecoliseum.com), you will be directed to the appropriate ticketing website to purchase your tickets.

Are service fees going to go up?
Service fees with Ticketmaster will remain comparable to current service fees.

What show is on what ticketing system?
