Turn Right out of C- Garage onto Honor Our Troops Drive

Turn Right onto Historic Preservation Drive

Once you pass Garage-C you will see the driveway marked David Scruggs Drive.

Turn into the driveway, and veer to the left, down the ramp on the left side. This is the back stage drive through for the Knoxville Civic Coliseum. You will be able to drive through and exit onto Hall of Fame once you are empty.
